Rehearsals
We rehearse on Monday evenings from 7:30 - 9:30 p.m. in the band room at Saunders Middle School, 13557
Spriggs
Road, Dale City, just 1/10 mile north of C.D. Hylton High School in Prince William County. Members should arrive
earlier (doors open at 7 p.m.) to warm up, tune, and prepare for the downbeat promptly at 7:30 p.m. If a Prince William
County School holiday or school closing is on a Monday, our rehearsal is cancelled or rescheduled to another week
night. When these changes occur, email notices are sent to band members as soon as possible. Notices are also
posted on the Members Login section of this web site.
After members have submitted the completed Music Folder Policy agreement, and if adequate copies of music are
available, members may take music folders home for practicing. However, each band member must ensure the music
folders are returned for the next rehearsal or concert.
